At Trustpilot we’re committed to continually improving our platform to better serve your needs. As part of our wider Q3 2024 product releases, we are also introducing a series of feature updates which include essential fixes and useful add-ons. These are designed to better streamline your processes and enhance functionality, helping your business make the most of Trustpilot. 


Feature updates

Improved competitor benchmarking with our Market Insights tool

You can now easily understand how your business stacks up against your market peers with our improved Market Insights. 

  • Track performance metrics including your TrustScore, average review rating, total reviews, search impressions, and negative review response rate. 

  • Visualize trends through a time series chart that displays a rolling 7-day average, along with upper and lower quartile values of competitor performance over the past 6 months.

Click here to view your Market Insights, or navigate to the Market menu under the Analytics tab in your Trustpilot app. This feature is available to users on our Premium, Advanced and Enterprise plans.

Better automated responses with enhanced AI-assisted reviews 

The latest update to our AI-assisted review responses helps the tool better understand and adapt to your brand’s unique voice. These include:

  1. Extended Historical Data: We now use up to 6 months of data to create the automated responses. So you can now expect more contextually relevant and personalized responses to your customers’ reviews. 

  2. Additional Languages Supported: The model now supports all 8 languages when referencing your historical responses, rather than being limited to English. (These include English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Swedish)

  3. Daily Data Refresh: We now refresh the data every day, so any automated responses will reflect your latest replies.

To access this tool visit your Trustpilot app. This feature is available to Enterprise users. 


Essential fixes

Four step set-up for Automatic Feedback Service (AFS)

We’ve restructured the set up page for our Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) to make it clearer and easier to get started. There are four steps to complete and you can find additional information in our support video if you get stuck. 

To get started go to your Trustpilot app, or to read more about how AFS works visit the Trustpilot Help Center. AFS is available to all users. 

Use the Embedded Review Form across all web browsers

We’ve updated our Embedded Review Form with Unique Link so it no longer requires third party cookies. This means that the feature can be used across all web browsers regardless of the cookie policy. For more information on this and how to use this feature go to the Trustpilot Help Center

This feature is available as part of our Enterprise plan and as a Connect Add-on Module for Premium and Advanced plans. 

Improved onboarding process for our Salesforce integration 

We have made improvements to the Salesforce integration onboarding process to make it easier and faster to set up your account. Improvements include automating part of the sign-up journey and fixing authentication issues. For more information click here.
