Powered by generative AI and data analytics, your Spotlight Report does the heavy lifting for you. Each week and month, you’ll receive a concise report in your Trustpilot app that captures the key themes across every review your business receives. This smart summary highlights core insights for your business—what’s working well and what needs attention—and how your Trustpilot performance metrics are trending over time.

Designed to save you time and effort, the Spotlight Report focuses on the data that matters the most, helping you make informed decisions that drive meaningful improvements in your business.

How to view your Spotlight Report 

To view your Spotlight Report you have two options: 

  • Via the Trustpilot App: View your Spotlight Report directly in the app by clicking on the Analytics tab.

  • Direct to your email: Set up automatic send schedules or send ad-hoc emails of your Spotlight Report to key stakeholders within your business or external agencies.
